In Short

• Lead the execution of the ABM strategy, overseeing multichannel ABM campaigns.
• Use data and insights to define, segment, and prioritize high-potential accounts.
• Drive brand awareness campaigns within our ICP.
• Ensure the sales team has all necessary information for prospecting.
• Establish KPIs to track ABM campaign performance.
• Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline processes.
• Lead and develop a team of data-driven marketing professionals.
• Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Innovative thinker to push Ottimate to new levels of success.
• Highly fluent in martech and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Track record of scaling performance marketing.
• Comfort in achieving financial targets through metrics.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, especially in high growth businesses.
• Strong passion for martech and integration of complex systems.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
