In Short

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Payments and Expense Management product suite.
• Shape the future of financial workflows including virtual cards and real-time expense tracking.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Finance, Partnerships, and GTM teams.
• Own the product vision and roadmap for Payments and Expense Management.
• Drive product discovery to uncover customer pain points and evolving needs.
• Define and prioritize high-impact features for vendor payments and corporate cards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams for regulatory requirements.
• Support product launches and positioning with Sales, Success, and Marketing.
• Evaluate partner and integration opportunities in embedded finance.
• Track key metrics and user feedback to improve product performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in financial technology.
• Strong understanding of payments and expense management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial products.
• Strong analytical skills to track metrics and user feedback.
• Experience in developing product roadmaps and vision.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the hospitality, retail, or healthcare industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
