Senior Product Manager — Payments - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager – Payments, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core stablecoin and payments products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial infrastructure.

• Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for the payments product stack.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, ensuring continuous delivery of solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive product development.
• Set and track key performance metrics for product success.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Product Management, specifically building Payments products.
• Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets.
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate effectively.
• Understanding of technical concepts with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with testing/integrating to APIs.
