Client Strategy Lead - Remote

Overview

The Client Strategy Lead will own client relationships, drive integrated strategy across various disciplines, and champion business growth for both clients and Pearmill.

• Own the client relationship end-to-end, building trust and delivering strategic value across creative, media, and CRO.

• Maintain awareness of industry dynamics and emerging trends.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, strategy, client services, or integrated account management.
• A business systems thinker who can connect the dots across data, creative, and human dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in growing client relationships.
• Confident, consultative communicator.
• Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented.
• Experience managing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into action.
