Fidelity Manager - Remote

Overview

The Fidelity Manager is responsible for the overall evaluation of Equip’s clinical training programs to ensure fidelity to patient care protocols. This role involves managing a team of fidelity raters and collaborating with multiple teams to improve treatment fidelity.

Requirements

• PhD/PsyD in psychology or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in evaluating eating disorder interventions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with business intelligence tools.
• Ability to drive innovation in clinical care.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
