Facility Manager - Remote

Overview

The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager/Sector Leads and the Account team with the delivery of quality facility management services.

In Short

• Support the Sector Lead in the implementation of client program schedules.
• Develop and implement innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Manage capital and expense budgets.
• Develop variance reporting on operating budgets.
• Assist with account plan development for assigned buildings.
• Oversee vendor work/services to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
• Understand Key Performance Indicators and ensure expectations are met.
• Resolve escalated issues and engage Sector Lead as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years industry experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point.
• Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, and building systems.
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities.
