The Account Director serves as the top leadership role on client accounts within JLL Work Dynamics, developing and implementing comprehensive account plans that delight clients and ensure healthy long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in Facility Management.
• Proven track record in developing Integrated Facility Management solutions.
• Experience managing teams of 100+ professionals.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Bachelor's degree with comprehensive business experience.
• Strategic mindset with results-driven approach.
• Transformational leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with complex organizations.
• Track record of making complex decisions in growth environments.
• MBA or post-graduate studies preferred.
