  • Bachelor's degree with comprehensive business experience.
  • Strategic mindset with results-driven approach.
  • Transformational leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with complex organizations.
  • Track record of making complex decisions in growth environments.
  • MBA or post-graduate studies preferred.
