Overview

The Facilities Manager will lead retail branch operations, overseeing approximately 60-70 branches and ensuring exceptional service delivery in the financial services industry.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management with a management emphasis.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or 12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CMMS.
• Ability to manage technical and administrative staff.
• Capability to supervise vendors during all hours.
• Preferred knowledge of real estate and building systems.
