Facilities Manager - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing activities and staff involved in the maintenance and administration of all credit union facilities, equipment, and purchasing functions, including vendor management. Additionally, this role assists in conducting safety-related inspections, evaluations, and upgrades to ensure a secure and efficient operational environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years managing a team.
• 5+ years in building maintenance management.
• Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator (COEE) preferred.
• Valid CA state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of budgets and financial planning.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.
