Overview

The Consumer Lending Underwriting Manager will lead and oversee the Underwriting Team, assist Members and employees with loan-related situations, and manage credit risks while developing and implementing lending procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years in banking/credit union industry.
• 5+ years in consumer lending.
• 3+ years in Consumer Lending Management.
• Knowledge of loan origination systems.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members.
• In-depth knowledge of loan products.
