Facilities Manager - Remote

Overview

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring that all maintenance, safety, and service requirements are met in accordance with company policies and client directives.

• Manage daily operations of the facility including maintenance and custodial services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Experience in leasing, construction, and building management.
• Knowledge of management agreements and contract language.
• Certification as a Facility Manager (CFM) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems.
• Ability to read construction specifications and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management.
• Ability to manage financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
