Facilities Manager - Remote

Overview

The Facilities Manager at JLL will be the single point of contact for the client in China, responsible for managing all aspects of the facilities and property management service delivery system, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and compliance with management plans.

In Short

• Single point of management control for facilities at the client site.
• Oversee operations, staffing, performance, and development of the Facilities Management team.
• Ensure client satisfaction and seamless interface with the client’s real estate organization.
• Manage capital and expense budgets effectively.
• Support implementation of short and long-term projects for the client.
• Develop and implement the annual management plan.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Coordinate goal setting and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with JLL's minimum audit standards.
• Identify business opportunities for JLL with the client.

Requirements

• University degree or professional qualification in engineering, real estate, or facility management.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in property or facility management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
