Overview

The Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of the facilities and property management service delivery system on the client project, ensuring high client satisfaction and effective team leadership.

Requirements

• University degree or professional qualification in engineering, real estate, or facility management.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in property or facility management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
