Overview

The Facilities Manager at JLL will support the Regional Facilities Management Director in implementing goals and projects for clients, focusing on cost reduction and productivity enhancement.

In Short

• Support the implementation of short and long-term goals for clients.
• Develop innovative programs to reduce operating costs.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
• Manage work assignments for technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Assist in developing and managing capital and expense budgets.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective leadership.
• Prepare operating budget reports and forecasts.
• Share best practices within the facilities management team.
• Ensure compliance with client and JLL policies.
• Lead staff to deliver expected service levels within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience in corporate or consulting environments.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
