Overview

As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you will lead the operations of retail branches in Kansas City, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational compliance while managing a large portfolio of facilities.

In Short

  • Lead retail branch operations for 60-70 locations.
  • Manage a total of 615,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with service levels.
  • Drive innovation in Integrated Facilities Management.
  • Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices and conduct regular facility inspections.
  • Manage vendor performance and service levels.
  • Participate in the RFP/RFQ process for sourcing services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS.
  • Ability to manage multiple facilities and teams.
  • Knowledge of real estate and building systems preferred.
  • Experience in a matrix management environment.
