Stranger Soccer is seeking a City Manager to remotely manage day-to-day operations, focusing on inventory and revenue management, customer experience, and service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or similar field, managing a branch, outlet or department.
• Experience on both driving sales/profit + delighting customers.
• Experience managing 3+ people.
• Experience being accountable for achieving sales/profits targets AND delighting customers.
• Experience working overseas.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passion for customer service.
• Friendly positive attitude and team player.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma.
• Franchise development/support experience a PLUS.
• Interest or knowledge of football is a PLUS.
