Overview

The Training Evaluation Manager is responsible for the overall evaluation of Equip’s clinical training programs to ensure fidelity to patient care protocols. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with various departments, and utilizing data to enhance training programs.

In Short

  • Manage a team of fidelity raters.
  • Develop and monitor reports on fidelity to treatment.
  • Ensure high-quality fidelity instruments.
  • Collaborate on automated fidelity rating processes.
  • Refine fidelity evaluation processes with various teams.
  • Generate reports for feedback and recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • PhD/PsyD in psychology or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in evaluating eating disorder interventions.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to drive innovation in clinical care.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
