Nutrition Assistant - Part-Time - Remote

Overview

The Nutrition Assistant is responsible for providing support to Equip patients and their families, helping them meet their nutritional goals through various activities including meal support, menu building, and administrative tasks.

In Short

• Part-time position with working hours from 11 AM to 4 PM ET, Monday to Friday.
• Provide direct meal supervision and support to patients.
• Assist in menu building and meal planning sessions.
• Lead cooking sessions and create content for cooking videos.
• Complete administrative tasks for Registered Dietitians.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Work fully remote with no travel required.
• Engage with diverse patients in a supportive manner.
• Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in nutritional services or pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Experience in an eating disorder program or mental health setting preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and connect with diverse patients.
• Attention to detail and comfort with technology.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
• Critical thinking skills to navigate challenges in a fast-paced setting.
