Training Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Training Manager to build and lead product education programs, empowering our clients' customers to succeed with onboarding through renewal and expansion.

In Short

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert.
• Ensure at least 98% platform coverage with 98% content accuracy.
• Execute comprehensive strategies covering onboarding, training, and ongoing education.
• Build self-service learning experiences including guides, videos, webinars, and certifications.
• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align educational content with customer needs and product updates.
• Ensure internal teams are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and documentation to effectively support and educate customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Customer Education, Customer Success, Learning & Development, or similar roles, ideally within a SaaS or startup environment.
• Excellent writing, video production, and on-camera presentation skills (Loom, webinars, YouTube).
• Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing scalable customer education programs from the ground up.
• Experience with small businesses or non-technical user segments preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, remote-first team setting.
