Service Delivery Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure exceptional delivery across our staff augmentation engagements.

In Short

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Monitor and ensure successful delivery of services.
• Address delivery issues and escalate when needed.
• Work cross-functionally with recruitment, HR, and operations.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consultants meet expectations.
• Collect client feedback and coach consultants.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client accounts.
• Share regular reports on performance and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Service Delivery role.
• Experience in staff augmentation, recruiting, or consulting.
• Proven success managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
