Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• Experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing Oracle cloud product portfolios.
• Proficiency in service management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is preferred.
