Overview

The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring compliance with procedures and identifying opportunities for service improvement.

In Short

  • Organize and supervise maintenance operations and project development tasks.
  • Manage technical issue investigations and ticket workflows.
  • Identify process improvements for enhanced service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with support contract commitments.
  • Lead client onboarding during production launches.
  • Oversee resolution of major incidents.
  • Communicate with clients regarding issue statuses.
  • Manage workload and backlog of support teams.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement best practices to enhance service reliability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and SRE principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Cloud Services, preferably AWS.
  • Knowledge and experience in SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
