• Responsible for the provision and management of IT services according to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Implement and continuously improve IT service management processes.
• Monitor budget and resources for assigned services and projects.
• Develop proposals to optimize services and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in IT service management and ideally in IT project management.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL and other service management frameworks; certifications like ITIL or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Proficient in presentation tools and techniques.
• Fluent in German and English.
