In Short

• Preparation, calculation, and follow-up of offers, orders, and contracts
• Close collaboration with our external sales team and manufacturers (e.g., DELL Technologies)
• Independent customer support and consulting
• Customer maintenance in our CRM system
• Order and procurement processing
• Correspondence with customers and business partners in German and English
• Creating statistics for management

Requirements

• Completed commercial training ideally in the IT field or a completed degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar
• First experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT environment
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Basic knowledge in the area of infrastructure (Server & Client, Networking, Virtualization, Microsoft) and/or Cloud solutions
• Open and communicative personality with a passion for phone communication
• High resilience and flexibility
• Organizational talent and independent working style
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written
