In Short

• You will plan, organize, and implement customer events, whether digital, in-person, or hybrid.
• You'll manage events independently, ensuring a smooth process and keeping an eye on cost control.
• You will work closely with clients, partners, sales, consulting, administration, and our marketing teams across the DACH region.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events online and offline.
• Proactively contribute new ideas to continuously develop our event formats.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree in event and event management.
• Initial professional experience in event organization or project management.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with marketing tools is a plus.
• Technological interest and understanding of IT services.
• Digital mindset and routine use of CRM systems.
• Structured, organized working style with team spirit and hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication skills in German and good English skills.
