Overview

As an Event Manager at Mindful Therapy Group, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of both provider-facing and internal corporate events in a fully remote role.

• Lead planning and execution of various events.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including venue sourcing and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams.
• Coordinate internal corporate events and retreats.
• Handle travel planning and calendar coordination for stakeholders.
• Build and manage event budgets focusing on ROI.
• Track event metrics and prepare post-event reports.
• Maintain accurate attendee lists and manage RSVPs.
• Anticipate logistical challenges and resolve them proactively.
• Work with Compliance and Clinical teams for relevant events.
