Event Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead and scale LI.FI’s global event presence. You’ll be the engine behind our own branded events as well as our presence at key Web3 industry gatherings—crafting memorable experiences that drive awareness, strengthen partnerships, and deliver real business impact.

In Short

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of LI.FI’s owned events.
• Identify and participate in global Web3 events.
• Manage partnership communication for events.
• Drive creativity in event concepts.
• Oversee event-related merchandise.
• Manage the event budget.
• Support HR in planning team offsites.
• Define and maintain the company-wide event calendar.
• Represent LI.FI at key events.
• Support events related to developer branding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with budget management experience.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
• Experience coordinating across teams.
• Self-starter thriving in fast-moving environments.
