Junior Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role will help transition key transactional and operational finance responsibilities into the finance function. This role is collaborative, cross‑functional, and highly interactive, working closely with Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.

In Short

• Process invoices, expense requests, reimbursements, and card approval requests.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders for missing documentation.
• Support routine accounting and payment‑related tasks.
• Work closely with team members to learn internal payment policies.
• Engage regularly with internal teams to address inquiries.
• Contribute to process optimisation initiatives.
• Provide general assistance across the finance function.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects to support the finance team.

Requirements

• Analytical and detail‑oriented with an interest in finance.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive and solutions‑oriented.
• Tech‑savvy and open to learning new tools.
• Previous startup experience is a plus.
• German language knowledge is a plus.
