Overview

The Event Manager is responsible for planning and executing events across the company, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with various stakeholders.

In Short

  • Manage participation in over 80 trade shows annually.
  • Handle all logistical aspects of events, both onsite and virtually.
  • Maintain communication with the sales team regarding event logistics.
  • Manage event budgets and vendor payments.
  • Provide exceptional oral and written communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize event impact.
  • Maintain event calendars for internal and external audiences.
  • Order and manage inventory for marketing materials.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-focused.
  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade show planning.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Technical aptitude for event software.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
