Event Manager - Remote

Overview

The Event Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of various events for the brands ESN and More Nutrition, including fitness events, competitions, trade shows, and community events.

In Short

• Responsible for the conception, planning, and execution of events.
• Collaborate closely with the event and marketing teams.
• Manage budget planning and monitoring for individual events.
• Select and coordinate external service providers.
• Ensure smooth operation of all events and address challenges quickly.
• Coordinate events across multiple markets including Germany, Netherlands, and UK.
• Main point of contact for the UK and NL.
• Design events with an international focus to enhance brand recognition.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in FMCG, sports, fitness, or lifestyle.
• Experience planning events within DACH and internationally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing requirements.
• Fluent in German and English; Dutch skills are a plus.
