Outdoor Places Unusual Spaces (OPUS) is seeking an Event Manager to lead high-profile, multi-disciplinary arts and event projects, ensuring compliance and engagement.

In Short

Lead planning and delivery of arts and event projects.
Manage event budgets and compliance with regulations.
Build relationships with artists and stakeholders.
Oversee event logistics and contractor management.
Evaluate events and compile feedback for improvement.
Work in a hybrid model, including remote and on-site work.
Support leisure portfolio clients during holidays.
Drive a van and have a positive attitude.
5+ years of experience in large-scale events.
Passionate about community engagement through events.

Requirements

Substantial experience in organizing large-scale events.
Adept at coordinating with diverse partners.
Experience managing event budgets.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Skilled in maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
Experience in post-event analysis and reporting.
