In Short

Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate meetings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event strategies.
Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection and catering.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and sponsors.
Create marketing plans to drive event attendance.
Monitor and evaluate event performance.
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Manage relationships with external agencies.
Willingness to travel as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in event management.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in event management software.
Cultural awareness and experience with a global audience.
Preferred experience in Fintech or financial services.
Experience in a global or regional role within EMEA.
Knowledge of the financial services industry.
