In Short

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate meetings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event strategies.
• Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection and catering.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and sponsors.
• Create marketing plans to drive event attendance.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with external agencies.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in event management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in event management software.
• Cultural awareness and experience with a global audience.
• Preferred experience in Fintech or financial services.
• Experience in a global or regional role within EMEA.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
