Commercial Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will actively shape our pricing and investment strategy, supporting negotiations with trading partners and the development of a consistent pricing framework.

In Short

• Develop the framework for trading conditions to contribute to profitable growth.
• Deliver informed analyses and strategic recommendations through financial simulations and pricing analyses.
• Support Key Account Managers in negotiations and investment decisions.
• Ensure a uniform and transparent pricing structure by maintaining the master pricing framework.
• Analyze sales and promotion results to derive actionable recommendations.
• Develop pricing and promotion strategies considering competition and market trends.
• Contribute to the international pricing and investment strategy focusing initially on Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Brand, and Commercial Operations.
• Prepare meaningful reports and presentations to support management and sales decisions.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in sales, pricing, commercial finance, or controlling, ideally in FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex financial and commercial scenarios.
• Hands-on mentality with pragmatic solutions.
• Clear communication and strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
