The Commercial Finance Manager plays a key role in shaping pricing and investment strategies while supporting negotiations with trade partners and developing a consistent pricing framework.

• Develop pricing and promotion strategies considering competition and market trends.
• Contribute to the international pricing and investment strategy, focusing initially on Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Brand, and Commercial Operations on investment and pricing decisions.
• Prepare meaningful reports and presentations to support management and sales in decision-making.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, pricing, commercial finance, or controlling, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial and commercial scenarios.
• Hands-on mentality with pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and strong presentation skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
