Customer Consultant for #stressless IT - Remote

Overview

This position is for our sister company CYBERDYNE Informationstechnologie GmbH. We are a regional IT service provider from Cologne, with a diverse team of nearly 60 employees and a very friendly company dog. We work every day with a high standard to help our small and medium-sized clients with their IT challenges and solve their technical problems. Our motto is '#stresslessIT' and we live it internally as well as externally with our clients.

In Short

• Building, maintaining, and developing trusting and long-term customer relationships.
• Acting as a crucial link between customers and internal teams.
• Regular communication with decision-makers.
• Identifying optimal solutions for customer needs.
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of customer meetings.
• Participating in the creation and tracking of offers.
• Contributing to IT roadmaps and investment planning.
• Documentation and reporting in the CRM system.
• Representing the company at trade events and customer events.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar field.
• Basic understanding of IT Managed Services & Microsoft 365 applications.
• Basic understanding of technology and enthusiasm for technical contexts.
• Empathetic and communicative personality.
• Sales and organizational strengths.
• Knowledge in investment planning and commercial contexts is an advantage.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
