Overview

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage a project support group in the Maintenance and Support department.

In Short

  • Organize and supervise maintenance routine operations & project development tasks.
  • Manage technical issues investigations and ensure timely solutions.
  • Verify and manage ticket workflows.
  • Ensure important bug fixes are delivered to production.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Lead onboarding processes during production launches.
  • Oversee resolution of major incidents.
  • Communicate with clients regarding issue statuses.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and SRE principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in software deployment.
