Nutrition Assistant - Full-Time (Remote - PST)

Overview

The Nutrition Assistant is a member of the Care Delivery team responsible for ensuring that Equip patients and their families have adequate support to meet their nutritional goals through various support mechanisms.

In Short

• Full-Time position, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.
• Provide direct meal supervision and meal support via messaging.
• Perform quality assurance on patient menus and process personalized menu updates.
• Conduct one-on-one meal planning sessions.
• Lead one-on-one cooking sessions and generate content for cooking videos.
• Complete administrative tasks for Registered Dietitians.
• Participate in team meetings and required training.
• Adhere to HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• 2+ years of experience in nutritional services or pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

• Experience working in an eating disorder program or mental health preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and comfort with new technologies.
• Ability to connect with diverse patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
