Overview

We are looking for a structured, digitally savvy, and proactive Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to support our sales team and the Head of Sales in daily operations – from lead research to the creation of precise sales reports.

In Short

  • Lead sourcing: Research and qualification of potential customers via various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, trade shows, directories).
  • CRM management: Maintaining and organizing contacts in the CRM system, ensuring high data quality.
  • Lead planning & forecasting: Creating weekly overviews and planning future lead needs.
  • Proposal creation & appointment coordination: Creating proposals, organizing appointments, and preparing meetings.
  • Sales support & communication: Assisting with follow-ups, customer inquiries, technical call confirmations, and internal coordination.
  • Reporting & data analysis: Creating reports and evaluations to support the sales team.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in sales, marketing, or a comparable assistant role – ideally in a digital environment.
  • Structured, careful, and proactive work ethic – numbers and processes are your thing.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Proficient in digital tools (Google Workspace / MS Office).
  • Strong communication, solution-oriented, and reliable.
  • Enjoy working remotely, taking responsibility, and having good time management.
  • Your technical setup: Stable internet connection (min. 100 Mbit download), quiet working environment.
