Senior Customer Success Manager in Performance Marketing - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with a performance marketing background to strategically and operationally support our education clients, manage campaigns, and actively contribute to customer retention.

In Short

• Strategic and operational management of multiple accounts.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in performance marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years in team leadership or a senior project management role.
• Strong knowledge in paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• High communication skills and leadership mentality.
• Strong project management skills (ideally experience with ClickUp).
• Understanding of marketing psychology and data analysis.
• Proactive work ethic, responsibility, and team spirit.
• High resilience, solution orientation, and ownership mentality.
• Motivation to develop professionally and take on responsibilities.
• Good technical understanding and affinity for digital tools.
