Video Editor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a fast, creative, and reliable Video Editor who can create engaging video formats in-house, from organic reels to performance-oriented advertisements. You will be responsible for the post-production of creatives, developing thumbnails, and being part of our creative growth team.

In Short

• Edit 2+ short-form videos per day (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Create video ads for Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
• Design stills and thumbnails for various platforms
• Meet deadlines and quality standards
• Participate in weekly creative meetings
• Daily start and end via Slack
• Proactive communication regarding bottlenecks or delays
• Support in the development of content formats

Requirements

• Completed school education, a degree in media or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge of common video software (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Sense for trends, visual dynamics, and platform-appropriate storytelling
• Ability to quickly identify and correct mistakes independently
• Structured, self-responsible working style with high reliability
• Open communication, team spirit, and willingness to develop
• Proficient in image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop for stills/thumbnails) is a plus
