Appointment Setter (Opener) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a disciplined, goal-oriented, and persuasive Appointment Setter who can engage people over the phone, understand their needs, and effectively schedule appointments for our sales team.

In Short

• Schedule daily qualified appointments with Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Conduct outbound contact via phone.
• Reactivate leads that have dropped off or missed appointments.
• Ensure a high show-up rate for scheduled meetings.
• Qualify leads based on clear criteria (industry, decision-making willingness, fit).
• Participate in mandatory meetings (e.g., Sales Weeklies, 1:1s, workshops).
• Maintain and document all activities in the CRM.
• Prepare and follow up on your appointments.
• Proactively analyze and optimize your sales KPIs.

Requirements

• Discipline, perseverance, and enjoyment in daily phone calls.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections.
• Genuine interest in the target audience's situation.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and keep track of performance metrics.
• High degree of proactivity and solution orientation.
• Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and professional setup.
