Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Operations Specialist will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Project & Service Operations and will execute and deliver a range of responsibilities to comply with Finance requirements and support Project Managers with their project financial administration to promote a successful client experience.

In Short

• Execute project financial administration tasks.
• Manage project set-up and validation within PSA and Finance systems.
• Generate vendor purchase orders and review incoming vendor bills.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to initiate client invoices.
• Ensure ongoing revenue recognition as delivery is performed.
• Perform data clean-up and maintenance for project data integrity.
• Provide governance and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Analyze metrics and trends for resource utilization.
• Support project administrative duties related to booking and billing.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, and/or finance.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze systems and data.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with PSA tools and financial systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse community interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
