Remote Scheduling Specialist

Overview

The Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for ensuring work orders are scheduled within service level agreements, providing world-class customer service, and maintaining business relationships with clients.

In Short

• Provide world-class customer service on every customer contact
• Communicate with internal/external customers via phone or electronic inquiries
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
• Coordinate service technicians for customer requests
• Work with Sales, Service, and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Participate in daily meetings with field service representatives
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Requirements

• At least two years of previous Scheduling or routing experience
• Customer-centric attitude
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to multi-task and switch communication channels
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a team across different departments
• Resourceful and thorough in a fast-paced environment
