Overview

Quench is seeking a proactive and client-focused B2B Account Support Specialist to act as a liaison between the company and business clients, ensuring high-level service and support for customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Guide the customer order experience from start to finish.
  • Assist with order entry and offer product suggestions.
  • Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with supply chain teams.
  • Resolve client issues by identifying root causes and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Monitor and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing client feedback.
  • Work remotely with the option to be in-office in specified locations.
  • Travel opportunities offered 1-2 times a year.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Requirements

  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Prompt and professional communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • B2B Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Travel not mandatory.
