Billing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Billing Specialist is responsible for invoicing all clients in a timely and accurate manner, working in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and responsiveness to client requests.

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for professional services rendered
• Monitor and track billing schedules to ensure timely invoicing

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional services billing experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Quickbooks
• Understanding of the billing process
• Experience with Monday.com
• Clear understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
