Overview

As the Billing Specialist at Vanta, you will own the customer billing lifecycle ensuring operational excellence in accuracy of customer invoicing, cash receipts and provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.

In Short

  • Provide billing support to customers through Zendesk with timely responses.
  • Investigate and resolve customer billing issues.
  • Daily entry and distribution of customer invoices.
  • Support cross-functional and billing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in billing in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Bill.com, Tesorio.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
