Overview

The Sr. HRBP provides guidance and solutions to business teams pertaining to all human resources disciplines specializing in strategic HR programs, with a focus on Compensation and knowledgeable and proficient in the M&A process with the ability to work on projects. This senior position will be collaborating with all levels of management to facilitate the delivery of various HR shared service initiatives.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in consulting or legal services.
• Knowledge of HR regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with HR law and compensation management.
• Ability to work with a strategic mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
