Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner plays a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting complex business transformations, including post-merger integrations.

• Act as a sparring partner to senior leaders on leadership, talent, and organizational topics.
• Co-create workforce strategies to meet short- and long-term business needs.

• Manage recruitment ramp-up and organizational restructuring post-acquisition.
• Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with HR experts to develop solutions for future data needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and change management.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday).
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
• International HR experience and cross-cultural competence preferred.
• Project management or change management certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci) preferred.
