Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team in Northeast Territory, United States. As the Regional Account Manager for the Northeast, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic relationships within the assigned territory.

In Short

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research
  • Provide sales leadership to manufacturers’ Sales Representatives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
  • Maintain records of sales activities using CRM software
  • Represent the company at customer and industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related experience
  • Commercial HVAC sales experience
  • 6-8 years of related sales experience
  • 5+ years of VRF systems experience
  • Willingness to travel at least 60% throughout the Northeast
  • Outstanding relationship management skills
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts
  • Knowledge of Northeast market dynamics
  • Strong expertise in sales methodologies
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
