Overview

As a Branch Technical Service Manager for York Factory Direct, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through providing excellent support and customer service.

In Short

Deliver respectful, solution-focused service to customers via phone, email, and site visits.
Collaborate with other Branch Technical Service Managers to support customers.
Provide technical training for dealers.
Assist with warranty claims and other technical needs.
File and manage warranty claims and investigate denials.
Stay current with new products and technologies.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years HVAC troubleshooting and servicing experience.
Commercial and residential HVAC experience.
5+ years of customer service experience.
Local and regional travel required.
